South East Wisconsin is Hot!
Racine is a great place to be, and its growing! Development has skyrocketed along the highway, and by the Lake. What was once sleepy farmland, is now being redeveloped. Racine’s Downtown is bustlings, with lots of developments planned for the upcoming years, including:
Foxconn!!! A 5 bilion dollar development, with a footprint along the highway and by the lake. Racine will never be the same. Foxconn intends to make Downtown Racine a high tech city, and has bought 2 buildings downtown to do so. It should be amazing!
Racine’s beach front is also poised for development. Multiple developers have already bought property near the Lake, and Downtown. Hotels, high rises, and beach front restaurants are being planned. Many of the homes along the Beach have already been bought by folks from Chicago, and investors.
There is also a huge influx of healthcare growth to the area. Including three huge hospital chains that are building centers or hospitals this summer along the HWY 20 corridor, such as Aurora, Froedert, and Ascension!
Living in Chicago by the Beach, or in hot neighborhoods, costs millions. This is a great chance for folks to rent and buy in hot areas, by the beach and downtown, while its stil affordable!
